How-to upload KEY PROG firmware: You must first connect your computer to the Internet. Connect your KEY PROG to your computer and have the vehicle selection on the screen (or the black X). Double click on the KEY PROG Updater. Click Update Firmware. Enter your KEY PROG serial number. Enter your 6 digit KEY PROG passcode. Click OK. The software will now load. When finished, you get a message Update completed successful. Enter your 6 digit pass code into your KEY PROG tester and ensure you have the correct vehicle selection. Disconnect KEY PROG tester from the computer, the tester is now loaded with the latest software.

In this dialog window enter KEY PROG serial number and 6 digit passcode

If KEY PROG updater is started for the first time, you must enter UserName (Email adress) ,

and login password to start update from carsofts server.
